Firefly Park’s Hotel Voeux is planned as a design-forward boutique hotel with a signature restaurant, bar and lounge, fitness center, ballroom and meeting spaces. Visit Frisco says the hotel plans to break ground in August 2026 as part of the larger Firefly Park mixed-use district near US 380 and the Dallas North Tollway.
