The Frisco community celebrated the opening of Frisco ISD’s visual and performing arts center May 12-19, nearly eight years after voters approved the project.
The 65,000-square-foot, $55 million project at 8600 Stockard Dr. in Frisco broke ground in May 2024 and features a 1,200-seat performance hall with upper balcony seating, fine arts offices, two multipurpose labs, an art exhibit gallery and back-of-house support spaces.
